We have an excellent opportunity for the profile of HVAC Technician.

Location: Mahim, Mumbai

Salary: 20-30k

Job Description:

Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of VRF/VRV air-conditioning

systems.

 Diagnose faults and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, refrigeration and control-

related problems in VRF systems.

 Attend customer complaints within prescribed service timelines and ensure proper

closure of service calls.

 Carry out servicing and repairs of VRF systems, split ACs, ducted units, AHUs and

related HVAC equipment.

 Understand and interpret error codes, wiring diagrams, refrigerant circuits and

basic technical/service manuals.

 Check operating parameters including pressures, temperatures, electrical readings

and system performance to identify faults.

 Carry out refrigerant charging, leak testing, evacuation, brazing and other

refrigeration-related activities where required.

 Coordinate with the Service Coordinator, Stores and Workshop for identification

and availability of required spare parts.

 Provide accurate information on defective components and recommended repairs

so that quotations can be prepared quickly for customers.

 Complete assigned preventive maintenance schedules within stipulated timelines.

 Maintain proper service records and update all service activities through the

company’s digital service platform.

 Keep customers informed about the status of complaints, repairs and pending

technical requirements.

 Identify equipment that requires major repairs, retrofit or replacement and report

such opportunities to the Service Manager.

 Follow prescribed safety procedures while working with electrical systems,

refrigerants, tools and equipment.

 Maintain company-issued tools, instruments and equipment responsibly.

 Maintain professional behaviour and communication while working at customer

premises.
