Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician with strong hands-on experience in VRV/VRF air-conditioning systems and Chillers. The candidate will be responsible for installation, servicing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown maintenance of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, testing and commissioning of VRV/VRF systems

• Operation, servicing and maintenance of Chillers

• Troubleshooting of HVAC equipment and identifying technical faults

• Diagnose electrical, refrigeration and control-system problems

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance

• Handle refrigerant charging, recovery and leak testing

• Check compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves and other HVAC components

• Work on AHU, FCU, pumps, cooling towers and associated HVAC equipment

• Perform pressure, temperature and electrical measurements

• Maintain service reports and equipment maintenance records

• Ensure safe working practices and proper use of tools and equipment

Mandatory Requirements

Must have hands-on experience with:

• VRV / VRF Air Conditioning Systems

• Chiller Systems

• HVAC troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance

• Refrigeration cycle and basic electrical controls

• HVAC tools and measuring instruments

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of inverter/VRV/VRF systems

• Knowledge of air-cooled and/or water-cooled chillers

• Basic knowledge of BMS and HVAC control systems

• Ability to read electrical/HVAC diagrams

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required

Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC), HVAC, Electrical, or related technical field preferred.
