Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end hiring for blue-collar roles (HVAC technicians, electricians, plumbers, FM staff, security, housekeeping, etc.)
Execute bulk hiring drives and build strong talent pipelines
Source candidates via Apna, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
Handle screening, onboarding, and HRMS operations (attendance, leave, payroll inputs)
Ensure labour law compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, CL Act, Minimum Wages)
Manage workforce deployment and employee relations
Requirements:
3–5 years in blue-collar recruitment / HR operations
Experience in facility management / staffing / HVAC / security industry preferred
Strong knowledge of HRMS & compliance
Skills & Languages:
Strong hiring & coordination skills
Hindi & English mandatory
South Indian languages preferred
