Job Description

Gopalan Enterprises is hiring an experienced HVAC TECHNICIAN for commercial real estate projects in Bengaluru. The candidate should have hands-on experience in the execution, installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems for Grade A office buildings, IT parks, malls, hotels, or mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise HVAC works at commercial project sites.

• Review HVAC drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.

• Ensure installation of AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, Cooling Towers, VRF/VRV systems, ducting, piping, ventilation, and exhaust systems.

• Monitor site progress, quality, and safety standards.

• Coordinate testing, balancing, and commissioning (TAB) of HVAC systems.

• Verify material approvals, BOQs, measurements, and contractor bills.

• Coordinate with Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and BMS teams for smooth project execution.

• Ensure work is completed within project timelines and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• ITI/Diploma .

• 2–10 years of HVAC execution experience in commercial building projects.

• Experience in office buildings, IT parks, malls, hotels, or business parks is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of Chilled Water Systems, VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, ventilation, and smoke management systems.

• Ability to read HVAC drawings and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
