HVAC Technician

Position: HVAC Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and test HVAC systems including Split AC, Cassette AC, Ductable AC, VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.

• Install copper piping, drain piping, refrigerant charging, pressure testing, vacuuming, and insulation.

• Fabricate and install GI/MS ducting with proper supports and accessories.

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults.

• Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown service.

• Read HVAC drawings, BOQs, and layout plans.

• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and commissioning of equipment.

• Complete daily work reports and material usage records.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in good condition.

• Follow all safety procedures, including PPE, working at height, and electrical safety.

• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and clients for timely project completion.

Required Skills

• Experience in VRF/VRV, Split, Cassette, and Ductable AC installation.

• Knowledge of copper brazing, refrigerant handling, pressure testing, and vacuuming.

• Ability to read HVAC drawings and wiring diagrams.

• Basic electrical troubleshooting.

• Teamwork, discipline, and good communication skills.

• Maintain confidentiality of client information and company projects.

• Deliver quality workmanship and complete assigned tasks within the scheduled timeline.
