About Air-O-Service

Air-O-Service is a fast-growing HVAC engineering company specializing in air conditioning installation, maintenance, repair, and AMC services. We are looking for dedicated and hardworking AC Helpers to assist our technicians in delivering high-quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist AC technicians during installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems.

• Carry and organize tools, equipment, and materials required at service sites.

• Help in dismantling, cleaning, assembling, and testing AC units.

• Load and unload equipment safely during transportation.

• Maintain cleanliness of the work area before and after service.

• Support technicians in refrigerant charging, wiring, piping, insulation, and drainage work.

• Follow safety procedures and use PPE while working.

• Take before and after service photographs when required.

• Assist in completing service reports and job documentation.

• Ensure proper handling and care of company tools and equipment.

• Travel to customer locations with the service team as assigned.

• Perform any additional site-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of air conditioners is preferred.

• ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Physically fit and willing to work at different customer locations.

• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team.

• Positive attitude and willingness to grow in the HVAC industry.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of electrical tools and hand tools.

• Good communication and teamwork.

• Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.

• Ability to follow instructions carefully.

Working Schedule

• Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday Off)

• Working Hours: No fixed working hours. Employees are expected to be available as per service requirements and emergency job assignments.
