Ensure adherence to all KPI parameters such as Appointment Adherence, Response Time, Down Time, Net Promoter Score, online collections, Making Customer Smile, and AMC collections.
Provide accurate and timely installations, gas charging etc.
Attend customer calls and provide on-site support as required.
Diagnose and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Educate customers on products/services and facilitate NPS feedback and AMC generation.
Accurately update customer service requests (SR) through the mobile application.
Deposit collected cash/cheques with the DSC In-charge within 48 working hours and update details for RTGS/electronic transfers.
Return defective or unused spares with proper tagging/stickers within 48 hours of issuance.
Promote and sell accessories and stabilizers to customers.
