Job Responsibilities
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair AC and HVAC systems.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of split AC, cassette AC, ductable AC, and other cooling systems.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC equipment.
Check and maintain refrigerant/gas levels, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and other components.
Handle gas charging, leakage testing, brazing, and related AC maintenance work.
Ensure proper functioning of thermostats, motors, fans, electrical panels, and control systems.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance and maintain service records.
Attend breakdown complaints and resolve issues within the required timeline.
Follow all safety procedures while working on electrical and refrigeration equipment.
Coordinate with the maintenance team and report major technical issues to the supervisor.
