Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Managing Service Calls & repair , installation
2. An Engineer is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and ensuring timely completion of customer service requests, repairs, or installations.
3. The role involves close coordination between engineers, customers, and internal departments to maintain smooth service operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Managing the Samsung KPI’s.
