Job Summary

We are looking for 2 skilled and hardworking AC Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2+ years of experience in air-conditioning installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

The candidate should have good technical knowledge, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to handle AC service and repair work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

· Install, service, repair, and maintain different types of air-conditioning systems.

· Diagnose AC faults and identify technical issues.

· Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of AC units.

· Handle gas charging, gas leakage detection, and refrigerant-related work.

· Clean and maintain AC filters, coils, condenser units, and other components.

· Check electrical connections, wiring, compressors, motors, and other AC components.

· Troubleshoot cooling and performance issues.

· Ensure all service and repair work is completed safely and professionally.

· Maintain tools and equipment required for AC servicing.

· Follow company safety standards and service procedures.

· Maintain good communication and professional behavior with customers and team members.

Requirements

· 1–2+ years of experience as an AC Technician.

· Good knowledge of AC installation, servicing, repair, and troubleshooting.

· Knowledge of split AC, window AC, and other common AC systems is preferred.

· Basic understanding of electrical systems and components.

· Ability to diagnose and resolve AC-related problems.

· Good communication and customer-handling skills.

· Willingness to travel to customer/service locations when required.

· ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or a related technical qualification will be an advantage.
