Job Summary

House Of Helps is seeking skilled and reliable AC Technicians to join our team. We specialize in providing highly professional, convenience-oriented doorstep AC maintenance and repair services. The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience directly at the client's location.

Key Responsibilities

Doorstep Service & Installation: Travel to customer homes to perform comprehensive AC servicing, deep cleaning, installation, and preventative maintenance.

Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant faults in various types of AC units (Window, Split, etc.).

System Optimization: Conduct routine performance tests, clean or replace filters, check coolant levels, and ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely.

Customer Communication: Provide clear, courteous explanations of the work being performed and offer professional recommendations to clients.

Operational Logging: Maintain accurate records of daily service appointments, parts utilized, and work completed.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven practical experience as an AC Technician, focusing on residential systems.

Strong knowledge of AC components, electrical wiring, and refrigerant handling.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

A valid driver's license and a personal two-wheeler (essential for daily travel to service appointments).

High level of punctuality, professionalism, and readiness to work independently in the field.
