Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable AC Helper / Junior Technician to assist in installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. The candidate should be willing to learn, follow instructions, and work on-site as required.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior AC technicians in installation and servicing of AC units
Support in AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services
Cleaning AC filters, coils, and outdoor units
Help in basic repair work and gas charging support
Carry tools and materials to the work site
Ensure proper handling of equipment and safety compliance
Attend complaint calls with senior technician
Maintain cleanliness at the work site

Skills Required

Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems (preferred)
Ability to use basic tools
Willingness to learn technical skills
Physically fit for field work
Basic understanding of electrical connections (added advantage)
Good behavior and communication skills

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass / ITI (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning preferred)
Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers can apply)
Age: 18–30 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 - 20,000 per month (Based on experience)
Overtime applicable (if required)
On-site training provided

Field-based job
Travel within city required
Must be available for urgent service calls if needed
