About the Role

Fionaa Gold Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dependable AC Technician to maintain and repair air-conditioning systems across our factory and office premises. The technician must have strong hands-on experience in handling centralized/cassette-type AC units, split ACs, and VRV/VRF systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair cassette-type centralized AC units, split ACs, and ductable systems.

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure maximum efficiency of all HVAC units.

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and gas-related issues in AC systems.

• Handle refrigerant gas charging, compressor maintenance, and filter cleaning/replacement.

• Maintain records of maintenance work and report breakdowns promptly.

• Ensure that the AC systems across office and factory areas run smoothly with minimum downtime.

• Follow company safety and operational protocols during maintenance work.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent.

• 2–5 years of proven experience as an AC Technician, preferably in industrial/office facilities.

• Expertise in cassette-type centralized AC repair (square ceiling-mounted units).

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical controls, and cooling systems.

• Good problem-solving ability and willingness to attend urgent breakdowns.

• Physically fit and safety-conscious.
