Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Supervisor (VRV/VRF) to oversee HVAC installation, project execution, servicing, maintenance, and site coordination activities. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of VRV/VRF systems, project handling, measurement verification, billing coordination, client follow-ups, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

HVAC Project Execution & Supervision

• Supervise HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance activities

• Handle VRV/VRF project execution and ensure timely completion of work

• Conduct site inspections and monitor daily work progress

• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are maintained at site

• Manage technicians, helpers, and subcontractors efficiently

• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide technical support when required

Site Coordination & Client Handling

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution

• Handle project-related follow-ups with clients, vendors, and internal departments

• Ensure proper completion of snag points and project closure activities

• Maintain proper documentation of project activities, service reports, and handover records

Measurement, Billing & Documentation

• Prepare site measurements and verify work completion as per drawings and BOQ

• Coordinate and support final billing processes and documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel

• Read and understand HVAC drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD

Material & Inventory Coordination

• Handle material planning, indenting, and inventory coordination

• Ensure timely material availability for project execution and maintenance activities

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of VRV/VRF systems

• HVAC project execution and supervision skills

• Site measurement and billing coordination knowledge

• MS Excel and MIS reporting skills

• AutoCAD knowledge

• Team handling and leadership capability

• Good communication and client coordination skills

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability

• Knowledge of HVAC safety standards and procedures

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in commercial HVAC projects preferred

• Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, and project billing

• Familiarity with chillers, ducting, piping, and ventilation systems

• Experience in AMC and service coordination will be an added advantage

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

• Candidates willing to travel to different project sites preferred

• Valid driving license will be an added advantage

• Knowledge of ERP/Project Management software preferred
