AC Technician – Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair AC and HVAC systems.
Perform servicing, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of AC units.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in air-conditioning systems.
Handle split, window, cassette, ductable, and commercial AC systems.
Check refrigerant levels and perform gas charging when required.
Troubleshoot compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, and electrical components.
Inspect AC performance and ensure proper cooling efficiency.
Attend breakdown calls and resolve technical issues promptly.
Maintain service records and report major faults or required replacements.
Follow electrical, safety, and company maintenance procedures.
