About Air-O-Service

Air-O-Service provides professional installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair solutions for air-conditioning, refrigeration, and commercial kitchen equipment. We are looking for an experienced Senior Technician who can independently handle technical service assignments and guide junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, servicing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of AC, HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial kitchen equipment.

• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and control-system faults accurately.

• Handle gas charging, leak detection, vacuuming, pressure testing, compressor-related work, and other refrigeration activities.

• Service and troubleshoot commercial kitchen equipment such as deep freezers, chillers, refrigerators, cold rooms, ovens, exhaust systems, and other related equipment.

• Conduct regular preventive maintenance and identify potential equipment failures.

• Lead and supervise junior technicians during service visits and installations.

• Ensure all assigned service calls are completed efficiently and within the required timelines.

• Coordinate with the operations team regarding site visits, spare parts, equipment requirements, and service status.

• Maintain proper service reports, job sheets, and records after every visit.

• Communicate professionally with clients and explain technical issues and recommended solutions.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and safety gear.

• Follow company safety standards and ensure safe working practices at customer sites.

• Provide technical guidance and support to the service team whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, HVAC, or a related technical field preferred.

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC, AC, refrigeration, or commercial equipment servicing.

• Strong knowledge of electrical and refrigeration systems.

• Experience with compressors, refrigerants, electrical components, motors, sensors, thermostats, and control systems.

• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical problems.

• Good knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.

• Ability to lead a small technical team and train junior technicians.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations for service and maintenance work.

• Valid driving licence preferred.

Compensation

Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and technical expertise.
