Job Description:
• Check tender portals regularly for new opportunities
• Download and review tender documents
• Prepare tender documents and quotations
• Collect required certificates and supporting documents
• Coordinate with technical and accounts teams for details
• Ensure timely submission of bids
• Maintain records of submitted tenders
• Track tender status and results
• Communicate with clients/buyers for clarifications
• Ensure all entries are accurate and complete
• Follow company tendering procedures and guidelines
• Operate MS Office program (Word, excel, powerpoint)
