We are looking for a Telecom Recruiter with experience in sourcing and hiring telecom professionals across networking, transmission, RF, fiber, and NOC domains. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, hands-on experience with job portals, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for telecom and networking positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and business requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
Manage offer negotiations and candidate onboarding.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for telecom-related roles.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain recruitment reports.
