Make outbound calls to potential candidates
Handle inbound candidate queries professionally
Conduct first-level screening (clear checklist provided)
Schedule interviews with internal team
Maintain daily tracking sheet and follow-ups
Share daily call & progress reports

Who This Role Is For
1–3 years experience in BPO / Telecalling / Recruitment Calling
Clear spoken English (Hindi + English preferred)
Calm, confident, and pleasant voice
Comfortable handling rejection
Organized and process-driven
Candidates with strong communication presence and natural people-handling ability are highly encouraged to apply.
