Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as US IT Recruiters. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating IT professionals for various job opportunities with US-based clients.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, an interest in recruitment, and a willingness to learn US Staffing and IT Recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
Review and screen resumes based on job requirements.
Understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
Contact candidates through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Conduct initial candidate screening and assess basic qualifications.
Explain job opportunities, requirements, location, compensation, and employment terms to candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS/recruitment database.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Learn and work with US Staffing concepts such as W2, 1099, and C2C.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Stay updated on US IT job-market trends and commonly used technologies.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Ability to understand technical concepts and IT job requirements.
Strong willingness to learn.
Good time-management and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Comfortable working in US/night shifts.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc., MBA/HR, or any related field is preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Previous recruitment experience is not mandatory.
