About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or similar industries, along with excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the entire recruitment cycle – from sourcing to onboarding.

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.

• Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidates’ suitability for open roles.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.

• Maintain and update candidate records in the database.

• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure smooth hiring processes.

• Meet defined recruitment targets and timelines.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (preferably in manufacturing or engineering domains).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, target-driven, and detail-oriented.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
