🔍 Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in C2H sourcing, screening candidates.

✅ Key Requirements:

• Experience in end-to-end IT recruitment

• Hands-on experience with C2H sourcing

• Experience using job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Reference

• Good communication and negotiation skills

📋 Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and headhunting

• Post job openings on various job portals

• Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews

• Schedule interviews and follow up with clients for feedback

• Follow up with candidates till onboarding

• Work closely with team leads and team members

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
