Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
2. Understand hiring requirements from business leaders and create effective job descriptions.
3. Source candidates using multiple channels – job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
4. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and track feedback.
6. Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
7. Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and ensure timely reporting.
8. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements.
9. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
10. Stay updated with current recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.
Key Skills & Competencies :
1. Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing techniques, and job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Good understanding of different hiring models (permanent, contractual, campus hiring, etc.).
4. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
