💼 Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and regularly update candidate databases
Build strong professional relationships with candidates and industry stakeholders
Ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience for all candidates

🧠 Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Passion and enthusiasm for recruitment and HR

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Education: MBA, BCA, B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech (2019–2024 pass-outs)
Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of internship experience are welcome
