Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding
Understand job requirements from hiring managers and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Follow up with candidates until onboarding and joining.
Source candidates using job portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine, and internal databases.
Perform advanced search using Boolean strings to identify relevant candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate database and ATS regularly.
• Post and manage job listings across multiple portals.
