We are looking for someone with experience in UK/EU recruitment to join our team and support talent acquisition across the region.
Candidates must have prior experience in UK/EU recruitment, with a minimum of 1 year being mandatory.
In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, screening and interviewing applicants, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience from initial contact through onboarding.
You will also be responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs across the UK and Europe. The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, a good understanding of regional employment laws and GDPR, and experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
