Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Recruiter specifically to handle our Contract-to-Hire (C2H) requirements. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for temporary-to-permanent positions, ensuring we provide high-quality technical talent that fits both the short-term project needs and long-term culture of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Rapid Sourcing: Source candidates for C2H roles using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases with a focus on immediate availability.
C2H Model Explanation: Clearly explain the C2H model to candidates, including contract duration, payroll structure, and the transition process to full-time employment.
Compliance & Documentation: Collect and verify essential documents for contract onboarding (Identity proofs, certifications, and previous employment records).
Vendor Coordination: (If applicable) Work with third-party vendors and staffing partners to fulfill niche technical requirements.
Rate Negotiation: Negotiate hourly/monthly contract rates and final permanent salary buy-outs within client budgets.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular touchpoints with consultants during their contract period to ensure a smooth transition to the clients permanent payroll.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 01 years in recruitment (Experience in staffing agencies or C2H environments is a major plus).
Negotiation Skills: Ability to discuss complex compensation structures (Contract rate vs. Full-time salary).
Tech Literacy: Understanding of core IT roles (Java Full Stack, Data Engineering, AWS/Azure, etc.).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Time-to-Fill: Average time taken to close a contract requirement.
Conversion Rate: Percentage of contract candidates successfully converted to permanent employees.
Submittal-to-Interview Ratio: Quality of profiles shared with the hiring manager.
