Sourcing and selection of budgeted manpower as per agreed
TAT and budgeted costs :-
- Ensure timely sourcing of candidates for all new & replacement
positions.
- Responsible for interview coordination and documentation of
interview proceedings
- Ensure the most cost optimal resource is used for sourcing
profiles for maximising the cost efficiency
Offer, Joining and Onboarding through the HRMS
- Negotiate and offer preparation as per the parity chart.
- Initiate timely and smooth Onboarding process for New joiners
effectively using HRMS.
- Ensure completion of transactions as per agreed TAT and
release of the tracker to reflect the completed transactions and
pending transactions.
Recruitment and MIS monthly tracker and Background
verification- All positions
- Update the existing recruitment tracker to capture accurate MIS
to ensure all the HR stake holders and business stake holders
are aligned on the progress of recruitment in a timely manner
- Ensure timely release of the tracker as agreed (both
Recruitment and MIS )
- Ensure that offered candidates complete their background
verification on the portal before joining
- Raise issues about the discrepant cases to Director & Head HR.
