Grath Entertainment is a fast-growing entertainment and influencer management company working with top creators and 50+ leading brands. We specialize in creator-brand collaborations, digital talent management, and impactful campaign execution across the entertainment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage professional relationships with digital content creators across niches.
• Coordinate creators’ collaboration schedules, campaign deliverables, and availability.
• Identify event appearances, networking opportunities, and brand activations for creators.
• Accompany creators for shoots, meetings, and on-ground events when required.
• Source and onboard new creators aligned with Grath’s management vision.
• Act as the bridge between creators and internal campaign/brand teams.
• Ensure smooth execution of collaborations, approvals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Connect with brands to generate monetization and collaboration opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:
• Fresher or up to 1.5 years of relevant experience may apply.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, South Indian, or North Eastern languages preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for social media, creators, and digital trends.
• Flexible for field work and event coordination.
