Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation & onboarding
• Build strong talent pipelines through job portals, social media, networking, referrals & campus drives
• Drive bulk hiring and strategic recruitment initiatives
• Collaborate with business teams for manpower planning
🔹 Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Strong understanding of NATS & NAPS hiring frameworks
• Exposure to EdTech hiring will be an added advantage
