Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for various non-IT roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing interviews and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment cycle for non-IT roles, including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and final selection
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various job portals, social media, and networking to find potential candidates
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide regular updates on the recruitment status
Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates, including documentation and joining formalities
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all candidates, including resume tracking, interview feedback, and status updates
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for recruitment, especially in the non-IT domain
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably in BPO, operations, or similar sectors
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize multiple roles
Good knowledge of recruitment processes, compliance, and documentation
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams
A proactive approach to problem-solving and candidate management
Desired Skills
Experience in recruiting for Material Quality Analysis or similar operational roles (preferred)
Understanding of contract recruitment (6 months/temporary roles)
Ability to handle a high volume of requisitions and maintain quality standards
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Eligibility Criteria
2+ years of experience in non-IT recruitment
Prior experience working in a recruitment agency or in-house recruitment role
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
