Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 0–1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or a related field is preferred.

• Candidates with an interest in US IT/Technical Recruitment are encouraged to apply.

• Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

• Good verbal and communication skills.

• Comfortable working in a US night shift environment.

• Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment processes is an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Willingness to work with targets and deadlines.
