About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating with hiring managers and clients, and ensuring timely closure of manpower requirements across various roles, particularly in the Facility Management, Security, Logistics, and Support Services sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

• Understand manpower requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and recruitment databases.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.

• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and clients.

• Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming requirements.

• Handle bulk hiring and volume recruitment as per business requirements.

• Coordinate with field recruiters and recruitment teams for manpower sourcing.

• Ensure timely joining and onboarding of selected candidates.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to minimize dropouts.

• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate trackers, interview status, joining reports, and other hiring dashboards.

• Coordinate with clients regarding open positions, candidate profiles, interview feedback, and joining status.

• Achieve defined recruitment targets, TAT, and closure ratios.

• Support employer branding and other talent acquisition initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills.

• Excellent knowledge of recruitment portals, especially Naukri and LinkedIn.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Good knowledge of Excel/MS Office and recruitment MIS.

• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with a team.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Facility Management, Logistics, Security Services, Staffing, Manpower Outsourcing or Recruitment Consultancy will be preferred.
