Executive - Talent Acquisition Scheduler (On Contract) Department None Job Description Job responsibilities Receive requests from recruiters to schedule interviews between candidates and the hiring managers Contact hiring managers, recruiters and candidates via email, phone, or ATS Send confirmation emails once interview date and time have been established Reschedule interview dates/times as need arises Ensure external candidates going through the pre-screening process have completed their applications and if not, take appropriate follow-up steps Ensure that data integrity is monitored and maintained within all tools leveraged Keep data ready of all the interviews scheduled The ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment,, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.
