Position: Field Supervisor
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month

Job Summary

Deliverit is looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Field Supervisor to manage delivery operations in Bhubaneswar. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting Delivery Executives, supervising daily field activities, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard Delivery Executives as per operational requirements.

• Conduct interviews, document verification, and joining formalities for new hires.

• Manage and monitor the attendance, performance, and productivity of Delivery Executives.

• Ensure timely allocation of delivery routes and manpower planning.

• Handle day-to-day operational issues and provide immediate resolutions.

• Coordinate with the operations team to maintain service levels and delivery targets.

• Track delivery performance metrics and prepare daily operational reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.

• Address grievances and concerns raised by Delivery Executives.

• Maintain proper records related to recruitment, attendance, and workforce management.

• Support retention initiatives and maintain adequate manpower at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or Undergraduate with relevant experience.

• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, last-mile delivery, or manpower management preferred.

• Strong communication and team management skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle field operations.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

• Must own a smartphone and be willing to travel within the assigned area.
