Role Overview
The Sourcing Manager and team will be responsible for building a strong supply of house-help workers (maids) across Tenzo service areas to ensure consistent workforce availability for operations.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and source domestic workers from target localities and communities.
● Build relationships with local networks, agents, and worker groups.
● Conduct field outreach campaigns to recruit new workers.
● Maintain pipeline of workers ready for onboarding and training.
● Coordinate with the Onboarding team for documentation and registration.
● Ensure steady worker supply for each hub based on demand forecasts.
● Track worker retention and replacement needs.
● Meet weekly sourcing targets for new worker acquisition.
Key Skills
● Experience in field recruitment or blue-collar workforce sourcing
● Strong local network and community outreach ability
● Ability to scale workforce supply quickly
