SF EC TO-Lead Consultant - Enterprise Apps Area(s) of responsibility Employee Central Job Description Job Description As a SuccessFactors System Design Specialist, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective system designs within the SuccessFactors ecosystem. You will be responsible for guiding projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery, and providing expert guidance to clients. Key Responsibilities • 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with strong expertise in Employee Central (EC) and Time Off modules. • Proven experience in end-to-end implementation, support, enhancements, and production issue resolution across SAP SuccessFactors modules. • Candidates must possess valid SuccessFactors certifications in both Employee Central (EC) and Time Off, demonstrating expertise in configuration, implementation, support, and maintenance of these modules. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions within the SuccessFactors system. • Translate business requirements into comprehensive system design specifications. • Provide guidance and support to business stakeholders on system functionality and best practices. • • Understand the technology landscape, client business areas, functional trends, industry direction, and value propositions for adopting new solutions. • Identify and troubleshoot SAP SuccessFactors Integration Issues and develop effective solutions to address business and technical challenges. • Possess hands-on experience across multiple SuccessFactors modules, with the ability to understand cross-module dependencies and impacts. • Design, build, and maintain Canvas Reports and Story Reports, providing insightful analytics and reporting solutions to meet business requirements. • • Demonstrate strong understanding of Role-Based Permissions (RBP), including security design, access management, and troubleshooting permission-related issues. • Configure and enhance role-based permissions in alignment with business requirements while ensuring data security and compliance. • Provide ongoing support, issue resolution, and system optimization for SuccessFactors applications. Time Management Job Description As a SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module to optimize clients’ HR processes, especially in the Time Tracking area. Your deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality Key Responsibilities • Work independently as part of multi-cultural teams delivering SuccessFactors Time Management / SAP HXM solutions to customers. • Work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of key Employee Central Time functions, including positive and negative time tracking, absence management, forecasting and schedules, and labor activities. • • Demonstrate mandatory experience in Year-End Time Off activities within SAP SuccessFactors, including leave carryover processing, leave balance adjustments, accrual processing, period-end reconciliation, annual leave calendar updates, and holiday calendar maintenance.
