Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off Consultant

SF-EC-TO-Subcontractor Area(s) of responsibility Key Responsibilities • 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with strong expertise in Employee Central (EC) and Time Off modules. • Proven experience in end-to-end implementation, support, enhancements, and production issue resolution across SAP SuccessFactors modules. • Candidates must possess valid SuccessFactors certifications in both Employee Central (EC) and Time Off, demonstrating expertise in configuration, implementation, support, and maintenance of these modules. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions within the SuccessFactors system. • Translate business requirements into comprehensive system design specifications. • Provide guidance and support to business stakeholders on system functionality and best practices. • Develop and deliver training materials to end-users on system functionality and best practices. • Advise on business process improvement for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central enablement initiatives. • Interact with clients to understand business requirements and finalize blueprinting, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements. • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements. • Manage SAP SuccessFactors projects to ensure timely delivery. • Understand the technology landscape, client business areas, functional trends, industry direction, and value propositions for adopting new solutions. • Identify and troubleshoot SAP SuccessFactors Integration Issues and develop effective solutions to address business and technical challenges. • Configure and enhance role-based permissions in alignment with business requirements while ensuring data security and compliance. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. • Provide ongoing support, issue resolution, and system optimization for SuccessFactors applications. Time Management Job Description As a SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module to optimize clients’ HR processes, especially in the Time Tracking area. Your deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation. Key Responsibilities • Work independently as part of multi-cultural teams delivering SuccessFactors Time Management / SAP HXM solutions to customers. • Work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of key Employee Central Time functions, including positive and negative time tracking, absence management, forecasting and schedules, and labor activities. • Experience Level Senior Level
