Senior HR Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior HR Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on sourcing quality talent for leadership, niche, and critical positions.

The role also involves stakeholder management, team mentoring, recruitment MIS reporting, process improvement, and ensuring timely closures within defined TATs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering and candidate sourcing to offer management and successful joining.

• Source qualified candidates through multiple channels, including Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other sourcing platforms.

• Handle leadership, niche, specialized, and critical hiring requirements.

• Develop and implement effective and innovative candidate sourcing strategies.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements, priorities, and hiring expectations.

• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, cultural fit, and role requirements.

• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure candidates are closed and placed within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).

• Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, follow-ups, and joining formalities.

• Mentor and guide junior recruiters and recruitment interns, helping them improve sourcing and hiring performance.

• Monitor recruitment performance against defined targets, KPIs, and hiring metrics.

• Prepare and present accurate Recruitment MIS reports, including sourcing, submissions, interviews, selections, offers, and joinings.

• Identify recruitment bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve TAT, quality of hire, productivity, and closure rates.

• Continuously evaluate and implement improvements in recruitment processes, sourcing methodologies, and candidate engagement practices.

• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in IT / Non-IT recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Strong expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean search, database mining, and candidate mapping.

• Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms such as Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.

• Strong stakeholder and hiring manager management skills.

• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and guiding junior recruiters or recruitment teams.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and candidate relationship management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in recruitment MIS, reporting, and performance tracking.

• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented approach to recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree / Graduate degree in any discipline is required.

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.

• Relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition will be an added advantage.
