Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Team Leader to manage daily team operations, drive performance, mentor team members, and ensure the achievement of business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the team's daily activities.

• Assign tasks and monitor team performance.

• Track KPIs and ensure target achievement.

• Conduct team meetings and provide regular feedback.

• Resolve team issues and support employee development.

• Coordinate with management and ensure process compliance.

• Identify process improvements and implement best practices.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a Team Leader/Supervisory role.

• Experience in managing teams and achieving performance targets.

• Knowledge of KPI tracking and team performance management.
