Job Title: Sr HR Recruiter
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sr HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities-
• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate salary and roll out offer letters.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills-
• Minimum 3 year of experience in recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Laptop must.
