Job Title: Sr. HR Executive
Experience: 02 to 04 Years (Must have an Experience in Agency)
Based in Ahmedabad

Working Days: 6 days a week [Saturday 10 to 4]

What you'll be working on:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments (Creative, Digital, Design, Operations).

• Handle on boarding, employee documentation, HRMS updates, and attendance/leave management.

• Support payroll coordination with finance.

• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and engagement activities.

• Maintain HR policies, performance review cycles, and exit procedures.

• Prepare HR reports and assist leadership in manpower planning.

We're looking for someone who:

·         2–4 years of HR experience in an agency or fast-paced environment.

·         Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

·         Knowledge of recruitment processes, HR documentation, and basic HR compliance.

·         Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR tools/HRMS.

·         Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

-Industry knowledge in Digital Marketing Agency and Surface Industry.
