Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing
Post job vacancies on various platforms.
Screen and shortlist candidates.
Schedule and conduct interviews with relevant department heads.
Handle onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
2. Employee Relations
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Address employee queries and concerns professionally.
Ensure healthy workplace culture and resolve conflicts.
3. HR Operations
Manage payroll and attendance systems.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
4. Performance & Development
Assist in performance appraisal processes.
Plan and implement training sessions for skill development.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR roles (experience in [your industry] preferred).
