The Senior HR Executive is a key enabler of rapid business growth in a startup environment. This role is responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing HR operations that support fast hiring, high performance, and a strong people-first culture. Build and scale HR operations, policies, and systems from the ground up to support rapid team expansion
Drive fast, efficient onboarding and workforce readiness for growing teams
Ensure lean payroll, compliance, and statutory processes without slowing business momentum
Implement HRMS, automation, and scalable SOPs to reduce manual work and increase speed
Partner with founders and leadership to align people strategy with business goals
Use HR data and metrics to improve hiring velocity, retention, and productivity
Strengthen startup culture, employee engagement, and employer branding
