सीनियर HR एग्जीक्यूटिव

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through portals, social media, and referrals.

• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

• Ensure proper documentation and background verification of new employees.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and recognition programs.

• Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

3. Performance Management

• Support implementation of performance appraisal systems (KPI/KRA setting, mid-year, and annual reviews).

• Assist managers in performance improvement plans and feedback sessions.

• Maintain performance data and reports.

4. Learning & Development

• Identify training needs through performance analysis and business requirements.

• Coordinate internal and external training programs.

• Track effectiveness of training initiatives.

5. HR Operations & Compliance

• Manage employee records and HR databases (attendance, leaves, payroll input, etc.).

• Ensure compliance with statutory laws — PF, ESI, gratuity, and labor regulations.

• Assist in HR audits and maintain confidentiality of HR information.

6. Policy Implementation

• Support in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures.

• Ensure uniform policy adherence across departments.
