Job Description-HR Executive
The HR Executive will be responsible for end-to-end HR processes including recruitment,
onboarding, employee lifecycle management, training coordination, HR software/app
management, and exit formalities. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills,
and the ability to handle multiple HR operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
• Understand manpower requirements and prepare job descriptions.
• Post job listings on portals and social platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
• Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and final selection process.
• Issue offer letters and follow up for acceptance.
2. Onboarding & Joining Formalities
• Coordinate joining dates with new hires.
• Prepare induction plans and conduct orientation sessions.
• Collect and verify documents, maintain employee files, and update HRMS/employee
records.
• Ensure IT, asset allocation, and workspace readiness on Day 1.
• Introduce company policies, code of conduct, and culture guidelines.
