Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for factory roles.

  • Conduct orientation and induction programs for new employees.

• Employee Relations

  • Act as a bridge between management and workers.

  • Address grievances, resolve conflicts, and maintain industrial harmony.

• Compliance & Legal

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.

  • Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory benefits.

• Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and organize training programs.

  • Promote continuous learning and career development.

• Performance Management

  • Implement appraisal systems and monitor employee performance.

  • Support supervisors in setting clear KPIs for factory staff.

• Health, Safety & Welfare

  • Drive safety initiatives and compliance with occupational health standards.

  • Oversee welfare activities like canteen, transport, and medical facilities.

• HR Operations

• Manage payroll, attendance, and shift scheduling.

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing/industrial setup.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance frameworks.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage large workforce operations and union relations.
