Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media.
Screening & Selection:
Review resumes, conduct phone/video interviews, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit

Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
Coordination & Offer Management: Schedule interviews, manage the ATS, and handle offer negotiations and salary discussions.
Employer Branding & Onboarding: Represent the company at job fairs and support new hire onboarding.
Reporting: Monitor key metrics like time-to-fill and source of hire to optimize recruitment strategies.
