Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of HR recruiters handling international white-collar hiring.
Ensure timely and quality delivery of profiles to international clients.
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
Coordinate with international clients to understand job requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
Allocate tasks to team members, monitor their performance, and provide coaching when needed.
Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and adherence to recruitment guidelines.
Conduct training sessions for new recruiters to improve sourcing and interviewing techniques.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and performance trackers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates globally.
Work closely with management to achieve hiring targets and improve recruitment processes.
Required Skills
Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in international or white-collar hiring.
Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
