Senior HR Executive

Job Title: Sr.HR Executive

Location: Zirakpur (Head Office)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary/Budget: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Gender Preference: Male/Female

• Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR operations

and data management. The ideal candidate should have excellent command over Microsoft

Excel and hands-on experience in statutory compliance like PF & ESI.

Key Responsibilities:

● Knowledge of PF & ESI processes, compliance, and coordination.

● Prepare and maintain MIS reports using advanced Excel functions.

● Work extensively on Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Advanced

Formulas).

● Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.

● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR processes.

Requirements:

● 6–7 years of experience in HR (preferably HR background).

● Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level).

● Good knowledge of PF & ESI compliance.

● Stable career history (candidates with consistent tenure preferred).

● Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

● Experience in handling HR MIS and reporting.

● Attention to detail and accuracy.

● Good communication and coordination skills.

Additional Information:

● Immediate joiners preferred.

● Candidates must be comfortable working from the Zirakpur head office
